2. Conduct Requirements

• Treat our staff with respect and courtesy
• Provide a safe working environment for our cleaning teams
• Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or sentimental items before service
• Disclose any hazardous conditions, special requirements, or health concerns
• Provide reasonable access to the areas requiring cleaning services
• Not interfere with our staff while they are performing their duties

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Engage in any behavior that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward our staff
• Request services that violate laws or regulations
• Misrepresent the scope or nature of required services
• Attempt to solicit our employees for private employment
• Use our services to facilitate any illegal activity
• Damage or misuse our equipment or materials

4. Content Guidelines

Any content you submit to us (feedback, reviews, testimonials) must not:

• Contain false, misleading, or defamatory statements
• Violate any third-party intellectual property rights
• Include offensive, obscene, or inappropriate material
• Contain personal information about others without their consent
• Promote competing services or commercial interests

5. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or enter into an agreement with Veridia Clean. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Indemnification Obligation

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Veridia Clean, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your misuse of our services
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to us
• Your negligent or willful misconduct

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the suitability of your property for our services, including adequate access, utilities, and safe working conditions. You must notify us in advance of any special conditions that may affect service delivery.

1. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of services
• Warranties that services will meet your specific requirements
• Warranties that services will be uninterrupted or error-free

2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veridia Clean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of our services
• Any conduct or content of third parties
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data
• Any interruption or cessation of services

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or $500 AUD, whichever is less.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

We are not responsible for:

• Damage to items not properly secured or disclosed to us
• Pre-existing damage to surfaces or materials
• Loss or damage to valuables, cash, jewelry, or important documents
• Damage caused by structural defects or inadequate maintenance
• Claims not reported to us within 48 hours of service completion

4. Insurance Coverage

Veridia Clean maintains appropriate liability insurance for our operations. Details of our insurance coverage are available upon request. However, our insurance does not cover all situations, and you should maintain your own property insurance.

1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

2. Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of New South Wales, Australia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

3. Dispute Resolution Procedures

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to:

• Contact us directly to discuss your concerns
• Provide us with a reasonable opportunity to address and resolve the issue
• Engage in good faith negotiations to reach a mutually acceptable solution

Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication and collaboration.

4. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
